Equipping our teams with the key knowledge was crucial
Our Aftercare Team face a lot of challenges on a day-to-day basis and we wanted to make sure they were equipped with the right tools to undertake comprehensive home demonstrations and handovers.
Elevana Ltd had the right programme to support these needs. The training helped us to see where we need to tighten a few of our processes to ensure that nothing falls through the gaps.
Being interactive when demonstrating is crucial
Using real-life scenarios and being able to undertake an interactive demonstration as well in one of our units, highlighted some areas where we could improve and ensure that we do not automatically give in to the customer.

I would certainly recommend this training as it combines theory with hands-on practise.
