My fears that the training would be very private sector focussed were completely unfounded. I would certainly recommend the training to anyone dealing with shared ownership and social tenancies.
The discussions on how you could meet our needs were very constructive and you were very open about what you could offer us. The training was pitched at the right pace and level for us as an RSL.
Cary tailored the training whilst retaining that golden thread of imparting knowledge
We had the opportunity at the start of the day to say what we wanted to achieve and to raise any concerns. And we could ask questions at any point during the day. Cary was very welcoming, really friendly, and made everyone feel at ease.
The course was delivered in manageable chunks so that we didn’t suffer from information overload
The walk around the flats was great. It was vital to physically go through and do the handover in situ. There is so much to remember– the chronology and timing and the order in which the information was given – was just right. The pace was very good.
From organising to delivering, your communication was brilliant
The information you gave, particularly around what was available and what your courses offered, how to go about getting that information and even just how to book courses, was very clear.
Even down to how you named your staff, advising who would do what and when. I felt very reassured. You knew what you were doing. It was a very positive experience, even down to the way you reminded us of key things. The friendly chivvies were really professional.
We needed that
My immediate reaction was ‘We needed that’, and the feedback from the team was ‘We should have had that a year or even two years ago.’ They are keen for any follow-ups and we’ll be doing more with Elevana Ltd in the future.
To anyone hesitating, I would say ‘Go for it’. You are never going to learn otherwise.
