It’s so easy to stand in one place and point at things. Don’t!
Make sure you go up to the items you are talking about, open, close them, operate them and get the customers fully involved as well.
It’s so easy for you to be opening and closing a window and the customers being on the other side of the room. Make sure they are with you and seeing exactly what you are doing.
