Enhancing customer service at development level
I currently work with our customers after settlement, but this course allowed me to understand how their new home’s workings and mechanics should be explained to them prior to completion.
I now can see the benefits of clear and concise explanations to them at both home demonstration and handover to allow them a stress-free move into their new home and to alleviate the many questions and queries that can follow should this process not be carried out in full.
The training came well equipped to cover all areas of the home demonstration and handover providing excellent advice and useful details to use going forward.
Handy tips to help deliver professional demonstrations
We’ve had a lot of completions since the training and both the site and sales teams are more aware now of what to say and demonstrate to customers.
The site teams in particular, whilst already doing good demonstrations, picked up hints to help improve their delivery even further to make sure they get the information across to the customer in a concise manner.
Definitely a well worthwhile course to help improve home demonstration and handovers as a result of the training, our survey scores on demonstrations have improved.
