I’ve noticed how beneficial the training has been already
Our site and sales teams are now a lot more aware of what our customers’ expectations are when it comes to demonstrating a property. Since the training we’ve input a standardised and structured approach to how we do our demonstrations. The teams know exactly what to say, when to say it and what to include. The guides we received are a very detailed reminder of this and they’re a big positive.
Our scores are going in the right direction
I look at every survey coming through and even where we don’t have ‘promoters’ it’s very rare we score badly on demonstration. This tells me the training has worked and I’m very pleased our scores are getting better. We used to rely on the knowledge and experience of individuals, but we now have the complete knowledge from the course to deliver the best demonstrations and handovers.
Cary was very good, and she has an air of authority about her
Cary was able to draw the team in and get them interested in what she was saying, which was very positive. I spoke at length with Cary about what our needs were beforehand, and she was able to tailor the course to meet our expectations. The feedback from the team about her was excellent and we’d have her back to do even more training. It was very, very positive and the course was just what we needed.
