The main objectives was to drive consistency and engage in team building exercise with a number of new starters within our Sales and Construction Teams.
We carried out 4 sessions over a two day period, this gave an opportunity to view our prestigious Sales Centre at Landimore Park. Nick Smith led the training, I have to say his delivery was excellent, Nick made everyone feel at ease and the feedback from the team is that they fully enjoyed and found the content very informative. At Tilia Homes we look forward to working with Elevana in the near future.
