Not everyone likes attending courses like this; they worry about what is going to happen to them, but right from the start, everyone was made to feel at ease and fully engaged.

As a result, I believe that everyone came away with useful ideas that they now use daily.

For myself, I am actively using what I learned in my day to day relationships with my clients and prospects. I am better able to deal with the negatives, and I always look to bring out the positives. Also, I now give proper time scales rather than use the unuseful phrase "as soon as possible." 

I am finding that clients are responding more quickly to my requests for information and I'm also getting better information from them because I am asking for it in a much better manner.
