As you are aware Taylor Wimpey are heavily involved in training and I have been on many training days to date.
However, I just had to drop you a note to say thank you so much for such a great training day.
Having been in this job a good few years now, as a Customer Relations Manager I seemed to have picked up a few bad habits over time. It wasn’t until I attended your course that I realised how I needed to improve on my customer service skills.
I have implemented what you taught me, and I cannot begin to tell you how much easier my job is now. Especially using the 3-step process in emails; wow what a difference!
I carry my booklet with me and use it regularly, I find it really helpful to go back to it and remind myself of the top tips.
I am just so very grateful to you as I sometimes question why I do my job given how stressful it can be but I am feeling a lot more confident and in control now.
