"That customer makes me so angry!" is the wrong thought.

You are choosing to allow that customer to make you angry.

The right thought should be "I choose to allow that customer to make me angry!"

Better still. Take a breath and think "I choose NOT to allow that customer to make me angry"

You'll notice a big difference in your mood and attitude towards your customer.
