Cary had already been assisting our sales team with good-quality training in demonstrations and handovers. We had a very compact time period to hand over all the units in three to four months, so it was very hectic. It made sense to act and use Elite Demonstrators to carry them out.

Jack was extremely good at dealing with quite stressful situations in a short period of time with a lot of units at once. He was very calm, very professional, and very organised. He very quickly identified what the customer was unhappy about, then liaised with the Construction Team and Customer Care department to find out who would deal with any issues and what the timescale would be to resolve them.

Jack ran the diaries very well and managed to deal with people just long enough to make them very happy, while closing them out at the right time to be able to move onto the next one. He kept everything on time; it was very efficient.
