It was very important to us that Elite Demonstrators would show the same skills that we do in terms of customer experience and satisfaction. They demonstrated these behaviours in a confident, very professional way, so we had the knowledge and satisfaction that our customers were being dealt with in the style and manner we would have demonstrated ourselves.

Having them carry out our demonstrations saved us time and we had the benefit of their planning. The site was nearly an hour away from our office, and they organised for the individual home demonstrations to be spread throughout the day. As we were dealing with many customers completing on the same day, their organisation to deal with it and arrange the schedule appropriately was excellent. It allowed us not only to feel confident that our customers were being dealt with in the right manner, but at the same time it allowed us the resource to continue work in other parts of the business.
