From Training to Elite: How We Revolutionized LendLease’s Home Demonstrations
In 2014, while operating under the name In-house Research and Training, we were approached by LendLease with a pressing challenge: handing over more than 140 homes in just two months. The question wasn’t just about logistics but about who could rise to the task. LendLease needed their team trained to manage the process—but they quickly realized they lacked the resources to deliver.
The solution? They turned to us—not only to train but to take the reins.
That’s how the Elite Demonstrator Team was born.
A Deep-Dive into Excellence
Our first assignment was at Trafalgar Place, part of LendLease’s transformative Elephant and Castle redevelopment. Starting from scratch, we assessed the site, identified gaps, and implemented a streamlined, customer-focused handover journey. Working with a major developer lacking dedicated infrastructure for private homeowners was no small feat, but our expertise made the difference.
